ご紹介いたします。
ディプロマティコ リゼルヴァ
イクスクルーシヴァ 12年
黒糖やバニラ、
オレンジピール、メープルシロップの甘い
クリーミーな風味に、熟成感の濃くある味も
程よく調和されているラム酒。
ディプロマティコの蒸留器は、コラムスチル１種類
だけでなく、カナディアンウィスキーで使用される
珍しいバッチケトル、スコッチウィスキーの蒸留に
用いられるポットスチルの3種類で蒸留されており、
その後、オーク樽にて12年という長い月日の
熟成を重ねて出来合ったラム酒になっています。
シェリーの熟成方法である、それら方式で
熟成されています。
葉巻の吸い始めの煙との香りにもすごく相性が
良い味になっていますので、葉巻を吸われる時の
お供のお酒としておすすめです。

Sweet and creamy flavors of brown sugar,
Vanilla, orange peel, and maple syrup are harmonized with a rich, mature flavor.
In addition, the distiller is not one type of column still, but three types of batch kettle,which are rare for Canadian whiskey, and pot stills, which are used for distilling Scotch whiskey.
Rum aged for 12 years in oak barrels using the Solera method of aging sherry.
A rum that goes well with the scent of smoke when you start smoking a cigars.
It’s recommended to drink together when smoking a cigars.
Enjoy the taste straight or on the rocks.
