『ロン・サカパ23年熟成』再入荷致しました

アーモンドやバニラ、チョコレート
バタースコッチ、蜂蜜の甘くまろやかな味わいで
木樽やオークスパイスの香りが特徴的です。

原料はサトウキビの1番搾りジュースのみを使用
標高2300メートルの高地にてアメリカンウィスキーの
ホワイトオーク樽、ワインのオロロソシェリー樽、
白ワインのペドロヒメネス樽の3種類の樽にて
熟成を重ねたラム酒です。

Today we would like to introduce you to
Rum and Cigar Bar Hallelujah’s most popular Rum,
“Ron Zacapa 23 years From Guatemala”
which was restocked today.

A sweet and mallow rum of almonds, Vanilla,
Chocolate, butterscotch, and honey with notes of
Wood and oak spice. Ron Zacapa use only virgin
sugarcane honey. This Rum’s a aged at an altitude
of 2300 meters in 3 types of barrels, White oak
barrels for American whiskey, Oloroso sherry
barrels for wine, and Pedoro ximenez barrels
for white wine.

Have a try it Ron Zacapa 23 years from Guatemala Rum.

『プランテーション・オリジナル・ダークラム』
再入荷いたしました。

ややスモーキーな香りと、
バナナや柑橘類の皮の後味が特徴的なラム酒です。

ジャマイカとトリニダードの2つの国で生産されたラム酒を
それぞれ3年間の熟成を得てブレンドし、
その後にフランスに出荷後、更にコニャック樽で
6ヶ月間の熟成を重ねており、
合計2回の熟成法によって造られています。

当店のオリジナルカクテル、
燻製チップでスモーキーに香り付けされたグラスに
注がれる『スモーク・ラム・ファッション』や、
ココナッツミルクを使用したクリーミーな味の
『ココナッツ・ダイキリ』などのベースとしても
使用しており、葉巻との相性もかなり良くご好評です。

また、ソーダで割って飲むにも最適なラム酒で
ハイボール好きの方にはおすすめの1杯です。

French rum,
“Plantation Original Dark Rum”
It has been restocked.

It is a Rum with a slightly smoky aroma and a banana and citrus peel aftertaste.

After blending produced rum in two countries, Jamaica and Trinidad, three years of aging,
It is shipped to France and has been aged for six months in cognac barrels, and is made using a total of two aging methods.

Hallelujah’s original cocktail,
It is also used as a base liquor such as “Smoked Rum Fashion”, which is poured into a glass flavored with smoked chips, and “Coconut Daiquiri”, which has a creamy taste using coconut milk. It also goes well with cigars and is well received.

This Rum is also perfect for drinking it with soda and is recommended for people who love highballs.

【ディプロマティコ リゼルヴァ イクスクルーシヴァ 12年】

黒糖やバニラ、オレンジピール、メープルシロップの
甘いクリーミーな風味に、熟成感の濃くある味も、
程よく調和されているラム酒です。

ディプロマティコの蒸留器は、コラムスチル１種類
だけでなく、カナディアンウィスキーで使用される、
珍しいバッチケトル、スコッチウィスキーの蒸留に
用いられるポットスチルの3種類で蒸留されており、
その後、オーク樽にて12年という長い月日の
熟成を重ねて出来合ったラム酒になっています。
シェリーの熟成方法である、それら方式で
熟成されています。

葉巻の吸い始めの煙との香りにもすごく相性が
良い味になっていますので、葉巻を吸われる時の
お供のお酒としておすすめです。

【Diplomatic Reserva Exclusiva 12 years.】

Sweet and creamy flavors of brown sugar,
Vanilla, orange peel, and maple syrup are harmonized with a rich, mature flavor.

In addition, the distiller is not one type of column still, but three types of batch kettle,which are rare for Canadian whiskey, and pot stills, which are used for distilling Scotch whiskey.

Rum aged for 12 years in oak barrels using the Solera method of aging sherry.

A rum that goes well with the scent of smoke when you start smoking a cigars.

It’s recommended to drink together when smoking a cigars.

Enjoy the taste straight or on the rocks.

『バルバドス X.O 20thアニバーサリー』
再入荷済みです。

バニラやドライバナナの香りに、カカオとココナッツの甘い
まろやかな味が特徴的です。

バルバドス共和国で生産させた数種類のラムを
バーボン樽にて長期熟成させた後、
フランスのフレンチオーク樽にて再度、熟成させて
ボトリングされたラム酒になっています。
この2つの樽で熟成させる「ダブルエイジング法」によって
バーボン樽の甘い香りとフレンチオーク樽のスパイスの
香りが、ほどよく合わされています。

バルバドスX.Oはプランテーション ラム シリーズの
生産会社、コニャック フェラン社の創立20周年目を
記念して造られていて、
2017年〜2019年の間に行われたラム酒の
世界大会で7回も金賞を受賞されている
プレミアム付きのラム酒ボトルになっています。

French Plantation Rum Barbados X.O
20th Anniversary is back in stock.

Aromas of vanilla and dried bananas
Rum with a sweet and mellow taste of cacao and coconut.

This rum is made from several types of rum produced in Barbados and aged in bourbon barrels for a long time.

It is then sent to the Cognac Ferrand company in France where the Plantation Rum series’s produced.
Blended by the Cellar Master at the Cognac Ferrand company.

After blending, it is aged again in French oak barrels.

By double aging, the sweet scent of bourbon barrels and
The fragrance of the spice of the French oak barrel matches it moderately.

Also, this Rum is a bottle released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Cognac Ferrand company.
It is also said to be a premium rum that won seven gold medals in numerous competitions held between 2017 and 2019.
