カクテル調味料であるアンゴスチュラビターズを材料に
ハバナクラブ3年熟成ラム酒と、
オレンジやハーブを原料としたカンパリリキュールを
ブレンドした甘さ控えめで夏にぴったりな苦味が
特徴的のカクテルです。
夏の始まりである、梅雨の湿度高く体温が上昇しやすい
この時期に熱を冷ます効果があるとされる
苦味で喉を潤せる当店のオリジナルレシピに基づき
“夏の始まり”を意味して
「ビキニング・オブ・サマー」と名付け
太陽と沖縄のヤシの木をイメージしたガーニッシュに

A cocktail made with blood orange from Japan
“Beginning of Summer”
Blood oranges with red flesh, rich sweetness and refreshing acidity,
Fresh lemon,
Angostura bitters added to the ingredients,
This cocktail is a blend of Havana Club 3 year Rum and Campari liqueur made with oranges and herbs. It is characterized by a mild sweetness and a bitterness perfect for summer.
At the beginning of summer, the humidity of the rainy season is high and the body temperature is likely to rise.
It means “early summer” based on our original recipe, which can moisturize your throat with a bitter taste that is said to have a cooling effect during this time of year.
Named “Beginning of Summer,”
The garnish is inspired by the sun and Okinawan palm trees for a tropical look.
